This design was developed to fit in with several existing plans of the contractor. I designed and completed the entire construction drawing set.

Mikrut Residence - Naperville, Illinois
This project is a proposed two-phase project for a ranch home. With the first phase, the owner wished to make the main living area more suitable for entertaining and their casual lifestyle. The second phase included an elargement of the existing Master Bedroom and bath into a Master Suite. In addition to the plan revisions, the owner wished to differentiate their home from the others in their "cookie-cutter" subdivision.

Wabash Landing 7 - West Lafayette, IN
This sketch shows the preliminary elevation for the Wabash Landing 7 movie theater in West Lafayette, Indiana. The theater is located in a development designed to be a "new" downtown for the city.
Jozwiak Residence - Medinah, Illinois
This project was a remodel of an existing post-war era ranch in Medinah, Illinois. The existing home was at a higher elevation than an existing detached two-car garage. Much of the first floor plan had been developed. I was asked to improve the second floor plan as well as develop a prairie style inspired elevation.
Culpeper 4 - Culpeper, Virginia
This rendering of the Culpeper 4 theater in Culpeper, Virginia. The project is located in the historic downtown district. The floor plan had already been created and I was charged with designing an exterior elevation that would be appropriate for the historic setting.
